AS IS Condition
All vehicles sold by D'Luxe Auto Sales are sold AS IS unless the customer purchases a service contract from a third-party provider. No warranties, either express or implied, are provided by D'Luxe Auto Sales regarding the condition of the vehicle after it leaves our lot.
Pre-Purchase Inspection
We offer customers the opportunity to have any vehicle inspected by a mechanic of their choice prior to purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for any pre-purchase inspections. We encourage potential buyers to take advantage of this opportunity to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.
Post-Sale Responsibility
Once a vehicle leaves our lot, D'Luxe Auto Sales assumes no responsibility for any damages, defects, or issues that may arise with the vehicle. The customer accepts full responsibility for the condition of the vehicle following the sale.
Third-Party Service Contracts
For added peace of mind, customers may choose to purchase a third-party service contract. These service contracts are separate from the vehicle purchase agreement and must be obtained through the third-party provider. The terms and coverage of such service contracts are governed solely by the third-party provider.
By purchasing a vehicle from D'Luxe Auto Sales, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
